1) Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to:

  • Submitting an estimate request or contacting us (forms, calls, texts, emails)

  • Scheduling services or consultations

  • Any other interaction with M&M through the Site

Service-specific terms: If you hire us, additional terms may be included in an estimate, invoice, work order, proposal, or written agreement. If those conflict with these Terms, the written service agreement controls for that work.

Content on this Site is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as professional advice for construction, engineering, environmental, or legal matters. Always consult qualified professionals for specialized needs.

3) Estimates, Scheduling, and Service Requests

A. Estimate Requests

Submitting a form or requesting an estimate does not guarantee availability or acceptance of a job. Estimates may be based on information you provide (including measurements/photos) and may change after an on-site inspection or due to job conditions.

B. Scheduling

Appointments, arrival windows, and completion times are estimates and may vary due to staffing, weather, supply availability, prior job conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

C. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and service-location information

  • Ensure reasonable access to the areas being serviced

  • Secure pets and fragile items (where applicable)

  • Disclose known issues that may affect work (e.g., moisture problems, recent repairs, floor damage, special coatings)

4) Payments, Deposits, and Invoicing (If Applicable)

If you purchase services from us:

  • Payment terms may be stated in your estimate, invoice, or work order.

  • We may require deposits for certain projects.

  • Late payments may be subject to reasonable fees where permitted by law.

  • If we accept online payments, they may be processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

5) Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible at 712-469-3526 or lamar@mandmfloorcleaning.com.
We may charge a reasonable fee for last-minute cancellations or no-shows if we have reserved labor/time and cannot rebook the slot (where permitted by law). Any such fees will be communicated in advance when possible.

6) Communications Consent (Calls, Emails, Texts)

A. Consent to Contact

By submitting a form, requesting an estimate, or otherwise providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from M&M related to your inquiry, estimate, scheduling, and services via:

  • Phone calls

  • Emails

  • Text messages (SMS/MMS)

B. SMS Opt-Out

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

C. Automated Messages

We may use automation tools (including HighLevel) to send confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, or updates.

7) Website Use Rules

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, systems, or accounts

  • Interfere with Site functionality or security

  • Use the Site to transmit malicious code
